Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimps
  • 2 pcs cucumbers
  • 5 pcs eggs
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can olives
  • 1 pc Peking cabbage
  • 1 bunch parsley and dill
  • mayonnaise to taste

Instructions

  • Boil hard-boiled chicken eggs, peel, and chop to taste, coarsely or finely. You can also use quail eggs. In this case, they only need to be cut in half.
  • Wash and dry Peking cabbage and cut into straws. Cut greens (parsley, dill, green onion) finely.
  • Cut cucumbers into either slices or cubes. If the cucumber peel is hard, it is better to peel it before slicing.
  • Olives can be used either already cut or whole ones without pips and cut into pieces to taste.
  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl. For salad dressing, you can use mayonnaise or Caesar sauce. Add a little ground black pepper and salt to taste and preference.
  • Bon appetite!!!

Notes

  • Shrimp is better to take already boiled fresh in the shell.
  • Of course, you can also use already-cleaned frozen shrimp. Or frozen uncooked and cook them yourself. In my case, the shrimp is already cooked.
  • Shrimp should be peeled from the shell and cut into pieces.
Bon appetite!!!
