Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs beets
  • 4 pcs horseradish roots
  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 tbsp sugar

Instructions
 

  • Wash the beets and boil them in their skins until they are cooked. This process can take up to 2.5 hours.
  • Cool the cooked beets, peel them, and grate them on a fine grater.
  • Wash and peel the horseradish root, then grate it on the same grater.
  • In a bowl with the grated beets, add the grated horseradish, vinegar, and sugar.
  • Mix everything thoroughly.
  • Transfer the mixture to glass jars and close tightly with a lid so that the horseradish does not lose its sharpness.
