Kefir Pancakes with Eggs and Green Onions
Ingredients
For dough:
- 1 pc large egg
- 1 cup kefir
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking powder
For stuffing:
- 3 pcs chicken eggs
- 1 bunch green onions
Instructions
For dough;
- For the dough, combine kefir and sour cream (room temperature).
- Add salt, pepper, egg, leavening agent, flour, mix, and leave the mass for 5 minutes.
For stuffing;
- Boil 3 eggs, cool, and cut into small cubes.
- Wash green onions thoroughly, and dry them with a paper towel. Chop and mix with eggs. You can also add any greens.
Frying pancakes:
- Add the filling to the batter and mix well.
- Heat a small amount of vegetable oil, spread the batter with a tablespoon, and fry on both sides until brown.
