Ingredients
  

For dough:

  • 1 pc large egg
  • 1 cup kefir
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder

For stuffing:

  • 3 pcs chicken eggs
  • 1 bunch green onions

Instructions
 

For dough;

  • For the dough, combine kefir and sour cream (room temperature).
  • Add salt, pepper, egg, leavening agent, flour, mix, and leave the mass for 5 minutes.

For stuffing;

  • Boil 3 eggs, cool, and cut into small cubes.
  • Wash green onions thoroughly, and dry them with a paper towel. Chop and mix with eggs. You can also add any greens.

Frying pancakes:

  • Add the filling to the batter and mix well.
  • Heat a small amount of vegetable oil, spread the batter with a tablespoon, and fry on both sides until brown.
  • Place on paper napkins to remove excess oil and put on a plat
