Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • 6 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cups chickpeas
  • 1 cup black olives
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 cucumber
  • ½ cup chopped mint
  • Juice of ½ lemon
