  • 1 tbsp whole-grain mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp capers drained and chopped
  • 2 tbsp cornichons or dill pickles finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp teaspoon Homemade Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp hot sauce adjust to taste
  • 2 green onions fiely chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and whole-grain mustard. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  • Stir in minced garlic, chopped capers, and finely chopped cornichons or pickles.
  • Add fresh lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce to the mixture. Adjust the hot sauce according to your desired level of spiciness
