Anthill Balls Dessert

Ingredients
- 1 lb shortbread cookies
- 2 cans cans of Dulce de Leche
- 1 cup of walnuts
- 8 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- ½ bar milk chocolate
Instructions
- Сrumble the cookies into little pieces.
- Mix the sweetened condensed milk with the sour cream and beat with a mixer for 2 minutes.
- Pour the softened butter into the mixture and whisk a little more.
- Roast the walnuts and chop with a blender.
- Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Form into balls and place on a surface lined with clingfilm.
- Grate the chocolate on top of the cake with a medium grater.
- Put the dessert in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Notes
- You can add peanuts or almonds to the mass.
- You can add pieces of apricots or prunes, raisins, coconut shavings, and chocolate pieces.
- You can drizzle with melted dark or white chocolate.
