Ingredients
  

  • 7 oz Bryndza cheese or feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp nuts you can use walnuts or nuts
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ tsp paprica
  • ½ tsp turmeric

Instructions
 

  • Begin by cutting the cheese into small cubes. Make sure they are all roughly the same size so that they cook evenly.
  • Mix the honey, chopped nuts, pressed garlic, paprika, and turmeric in a small bowl.
  • Add the cheese cubes to the bowl and toss them gently to coat them in the mixture.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least two hours to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • When you’re ready to serve, remove the cheese from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes to soften slightly.
  • Arrange the cheese cubes on a platter and serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
