Ingredients
- ½ cup fresh parsley finely chopped
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro finely chopped
- 3 pcs garlic cloves minced
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
- lemon juice optional
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine finely chopped parsley, cilantro, and minced garlic.
- Add the oregano, wine vinegar, and olive oil. Mix thoroughly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. If necessary, add a little lemon juice for freshness.
- Allow the chimichurri sauce to infuse for a few hours or even better, overnight in the refrigerator.
