Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup fresh parsley finely chopped
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro finely chopped
  • 3 pcs garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • lemon juice optional

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine finely chopped parsley, cilantro, and minced garlic.
  • Add the oregano, wine vinegar, and olive oil. Mix thoroughly.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. If necessary, add a little lemon juice for freshness.
  • Allow the chimichurri sauce to infuse for a few hours or even better, overnight in the refrigerator.
