Ingredients
  

  • 1 pc zucchini
  • 5 tbsp homemade mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp wheat flour
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • salt and parsley to taste

Instructions
 

  • Start by peeling the zucchini and cutting it into circles that are no more than a centimeter thick. If the seeds in the core are tough, remove them; otherwise, you can leave them in.
  • Sprinkle salt on each zucchini circle and then roll them in wheat flour. This helps create a crispy coating when frying.
  • Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add vegetable oil.
  • Place the salted and floured zucchini circles into the heated frying pan with oil. Fry them on both sides until they turn golden brown. Should take a few minutes on each side. Make sure not to overcrowd the pan; you may need to fry them in batches if your pan is not large enough.
  • While the zucchini is frying, prepare the garlic mayonnaise sauce. You can either press or grate the garlic cloves using a fine grater. Mix the grated garlic with mayonnaise in a bowl, and ensure the sauce is well-mixed.
  • Once the zucchini slices are fried to a golden color, remove them from the pan and place them on a plate.
  • Pour the garlic mayonnaise sauce over the fried zucchini. You can adjust the amount of sauce to your liking.
