Goat Cheese and Raspberry Salad

- 14 oz Raspberries
- 7 oz cherry tomatoes
- 10 oz Goat’s cheese
- 4 oz walnut kernels
- 7 oz Watercress
- 14 oz Mixed Lettuce
- 4 oz Pistachio kernels
- 2 oz yellow peppers
- 14 fl oz Hellmann’s salad dressing Yogurt
Instructions
- Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves.
- Cube the goat’s cheese and yellow peppers.
- Chop the walnut kernels.
- Shred the mixed lettuce.
- In a large bowl or serving dish, arrange the shredded lettuce and watercress.
