Buzhenina Turkey Roast

It is a delicious and flavorful dish that can be served as a main dish, an appetizer, or as an ingredient in a salad.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs boneless turkey breast
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Marinate turkey

  • Wash the turkey breast fillet thoroughly and pat it dry.
  • In a deep container, prepare the marinade by mixing mustard, soy sauce, paprika, coriander, pepper, and olive oil. Stir well.
  • Coat the turkey fillets with the marinade mixture.
  • Place the marinated turkey fillets in the container, cover with a lid, and refrigerate for 12 hours.

Preperation:

  • After marinating, remove the turkey from the container.
  • Make small incisions on the surface of the turkey fillets.
  • Cut the garlic cloves into pieces and insert them into the incisions.

Roasting:

  • Preheat your oven to 390°F (200°C).
  • Lay out aluminum foil on a baking tray.
  • Place the turkey breast on the foil and wrap it tightly with the foil.
  • Put the wrapped turkey in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes.

Cooling:

  • After baking, turn off the oven but leave the turkey Buzhenina
  • Inside cool down directly in the oven.
