Ingredients
- 1 can boiled kidney beans
- 2 slices soaked codfish
- 1 pc onion finely chopped
- 1 pc bunch of coriander or parsley chopped
- olive oil to taste
- vinegar optional
- cornbread for serving
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Drain the fava beans and put them in a bowl.
- Add the cod, previously boiled, skinned, and boned.
- Add the onion and chopped coriander.
