Potato Breakfast Hash

Ingredients
- 4 pcs large eggs
- 4 pcs medium-sized potatoes
- 2 pcs tomatoes
- ½ pc onion
- 3½ oz mozzarella cheese
- 3 pcs sausages or ham, if preferred
- ¾ tbsp butter
- ¾ tbsp vegetable oil
- salt, pepper, spices, and herbs to taste
Instructions
- Cut the onion into small cubes.
- Cut the sausage into cubes. You can replace ham and sausages.
- Tomatoes are also finely chopped.
- Cut cheese into pieces.
- Grate potatoes on a coarse grater and mix with the rest of the products. Salt, pepper, and add spices and herbs to taste.
