Ingredients

  • 2 pcs bananas
  • 1 pc mango
  • 10 fl. oz coconut water
  • 10 oz pineapple
  • 3 tbsp syrup for example, from a Jerusalem artichoke
  • 4 oz Greek yogurt
  • A handful of almonds

Instructions

  • Peel the fruits and cut them into small pieces.
  • Put all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Enjoy your delicious fruit smoothie!

Notes

  • Frozen fruits not only make your smoothie cold, but they also give it a thick and creamy texture.
  • A good smoothie should have a balance of fruits, protein (like Greek yogurt or protein powder), and a liquid base (like coconut water, almond milk, or yogurt).
  • Instead of adding sugar, consider natural sweeteners like honey, agave nectar, or even the syrup from a Jerusalem artichoke.
  • For an extra health kick, add some spinach or kale to your smoothie. They might change the color, but they won’t affect the fruity flavor!
  • Make sure to blend your smoothie well to ensure all the ingredients are mixed properly and the texture is smooth.
  • Don’t be afraid to experiment with different fruits and ingredients. The best part about making smoothies is discovering new flavors!
